Crazy 80's Game

Crazy 80s Slots

Crazy 80sDo you remember the Eighties? It was a crazy time with lots of cool music, famous people coming to the fore and some great movie releases to enjoy too. But whether you remember it or not, you have a chance to head back to that decade now thanks to Microgaming.

They created the Crazy 80s slot game that delivers on many elements of that decade. Check out our review so you know roughly what is in store.

Reels and paylines format

There are only nine paylines with this online slot game, but they are spread out across five reels.

What could you wager on this game?

$10 per line is the highest you can go with your coin value. Don't panic if that's too high for you though - there are lower values available as well. The smallest is a quarter per line.

Does Crazy 80s have any special symbols in play?

The game is one of the more basic ones Microgaming has in store in its vast collection. That means you have just one page to look at for the paytable information.

This reveals the cassette tape deck is the wild and can replace all other symbols with only one exception - and that's the scatter. The game uses a woman's legs wearing leg warmers (remember those?!) as the scatter. Any three or more pay an amount based on your coin bet and they can appear anywhere on the reels.

Does the slot have a bonus feature?

Sadly, no - the game offers no chance to win any bonus spins and there is no sign of any other bonus element either. That means you have nothing but the basic game to play.

The focus of this game is the basic gameplay. With no other features to try and unlock, there is little else to enjoy. The theme is great and the neon colorings and symbols all work well, but you can't help but think this could have been so much better.

If they had added in some free spins at least, the game would have been better than it is. We do think newcomers to five-reel slots might like it though, as it introduces the wild and scatter that many three-reel games don't have. Why not play now and see whether it appeals to you?
